How do I scan a picture or drawing?
To scan a picture, you need a scanner! Make sure it's attached correctly to your PC and check it's switched on. Lay the pic face down on the scanner. There should be some arrows or guides on your scanner telling you where to position it. When ready, click 'Scan'. Wait a few seconds. Your pic appears on your PC screen. Save your picture as a JPG (JPEG). To do this, choose the JPG (JPEG) option in the 'Save as type' drop-down menu.

How do I send an attachment?
1) Ask your parent or carer if it's OK for you to send your stuff!

2) Check your pics are in the JPG (JPEG) format. If not, save them again, but this time choose the JPG (JPEG) option in the 'Save as type' drop-down menu.

3) To send your pics, click on the speech bubble in the Readers' Pets section or the Drawing Zone. Read through the instructions and click 'Send'. This will open a new message in your email program. To attach your file, click the ‘Attach’ button, find the folder your picture is in, click on it and click ‘Attach’.

4) Type your name, your age and where you live into the email. When you're ready, click 'Send'.

5) To send your stuff directly, the email addresses are: pets01@totallytracybeaker.com (for your pet pics and drawings) and art01@totallytracybeaker.com (for all your Drawing Zone designs).

6) Remember the rules:
a) Please use this email address only to send stuff for the galleries!
b) Don't send more than three pics per email.
c) We can’t guarantee that your pictures will be displayed!
