HELP PAGE

I can't view the Totally Tracy Beaker website. What might be the problem?
The Totally Tracy Beaker website needs a small piece of software called Flash Player. The site has been designed to tell your web browser what to do if this software is out of date or not installed. In some instances it may have failed to do this and you may need to install the Flash Player manually.

Why do I need Flash Player installed to view the Totally Tracy Beaker website?
The Totally Tracy Beaker website has been designed to include moving graphics, interactive games, galleries to navigate and projects you can customise and print. Macromedia Flash lets designers and developers integrate video, text, audio, and graphics into websites in a way that no other program can. If the latest Flash Player isn't installed on your PC it can be downloaded for free without requiring you to supply any personal details.

Where can I find Flash Player to download?
Click on this link - Flash Player link. This link will determine what kind of computer you have (PC or Mac) and direct you to the correct page. Further information can be found here.

How do I get back to the homepage from another page?
Easy! Just click on the Totally Tracy Beaker logo on the top-left of each page. You can also click on the Back button on the top-right of certain pages.

Where can I find my password for the Creativity Club?
The password is in the Totally Tracy Beaker magazine. You have to crack a secret code to work out the password. Find the secret code on page 19 of the magazine.

Remember to hit the space bar in between words if the password is more than one word long. If you don't put the space in between the words, the password will not work!

I've clicked on the icon image to download the icons and now I have a folder with the extension '.zip' on my PC. What do I do?
When you download your icons, they are grouped together in a zipped file. To access them, double-click on the folder. If this doesn't work, you'll need to download a program called WinZip, which you can download from www.winzip.com. Once you have unzipped your icons, you can delete the zipped version of your file.

How do I send in pictures and art for the galleries?
All pictures and art must be saved in JPG (JPEG) format. To send your stuff, click on the 'Send' button on the relevant page. This will open a new message in your e-mail program with the correct e-mail address in the 'To:' box. No more than three images are allowed per e-mail. Please do not send enquires regarding other matters to these e-mail addresses. You must ask the permission of your parent or carer before sending in your work. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your pictures and art will be displayed in the galleries.

How do I order a Welcome Pack?
Click the 'Order Now' button on the homepage. You will see information on the items you will receive when you order. Then click 'Order Now' again. You'll be taken to GE Fabbri's secure order page. Alternatively, click here or call the subscription hotline on 0845 603 9706. Remember, only a person over 18 may subscribe to the magazine.
